Biography
Lisa Veneri is a skilled information technology specialist that is committed to providing the highest level of service and support to all firm clients to ensure that their businesses are secured and protected from technological threats such as cybersecurity.
In the work Lisa does, no day is the same – which is just how she likes it. She admittedly wears a few hats in her role. The work she does is helping to keep small accounting firms protected by helping to secure them with cybersecurity protection. She works for an accounting firm and helps accounting firms, but her specialization is not in accounting, but in Information Technology.
Although she is not an accounting professional, Lisa is an integral part of the success that accounting professionals have. She loves the work she does and loves watching her clients feel more confident in knowing what they’re doing and feeling more protected. For Lisa, it’s the people that’s her favorite part of the job (other than the technology itself).
Knowledge sharing, growing and learning is the type of environment she thrives in. Lisa is energized with being at the forefront of technology and finds that IntrapriseTechKnowlogies LLC is one of those firms at the forefront.
Whether it’s setting up a new employee user computer protocol or helping a business set up their technology with a business domain, cybersecurity protection or cloud-based systems, Lisa has the ability to work with people of all levels and help them feel comfortable – and knowledgeable – with their technology.
Because technology is always changing and evolving, Lisa appreciates that there is always an opportunity to learn – and teach.
Lisa rarely shies way from a challenge – even when a client comes to her with an issue she’s never seen/experienced – because it offers her not only the ability to problem-solve for her clients, but also learn in the process.
In addition to the hands-on technology work, Lisa also dedicates time to developing documentation and creation of user guides that can then be shared with internal and external client groups.
When she’s not ‘nerding out’ about technology, Lisa enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and working out.
