Biography
Ingrid started her business in 2008. After working solo from home for a few years, she hired her first employee and opened an office in 2012.
In 2015, Ingrid attended her first accounting conference “Scaling New Heights” and admitted it “totally blew my mind” because she learned she was not fully leveraging technology and was not near the cutting edge of the profession.
The first time someone called Ingrid a THOUGHT LEADER, she admits she ‘just about hit the floor’.
CPA Practice Advisor recognized her as one of the Top 40 Under 40 as well as one of the MOST POWERFUL WOMEN IN ACCOUNTING.
After the pandemic in 2020, Ingrid started focusing on coaching and consulting more deeply. Now, she coaches accountants on how to get past their imposter syndrome.
In 2021, she and a colleague started the ACCOUNTING ALCHEMY NETWORK and now works to torn the accounting profession into a VEHICLE OF POSITIVE CHANGE in the world.
Her primary focuses now are the Accounting Alchemy Network, the Post Growth Institute, and the work she does with the PACHAMAMA ALLIANCE and helping people tap into their SUPERPOWERS, to identify their values and understand more about how they can more effectively live their values through their business through the choices that they’re making with money and finance.
